Thai Sweet & Spicy Glazed Wings

Sticky, finger-licking wings with a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.

Fab Asian Bundle: Suree Sriracha, Suree Sweet Chilli, Kikkoman Soy Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken wings.

  • 1/2 cup Flour or cornstarch (for coating).

  • 1 tbsp Honey & juice of half a lime.

Step-by-Step

  1. Prep the Wings: Coat wings in flour and a pinch of salt. Bake at 200°C for 25 mins or deep fry until golden and crispy.

  2. Build the Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 4 tbsp Suree Sweet Chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp Suree Sriracha (add more for extra heat!), and 1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce.

  3. Simmer: Add the honey and lime juice. Let the sauce bubble for 2–3 minutes until it thickens into a syrupy consistency.

  4. The Toss: Place the hot, crispy wings into a large bowl. Pour the warm glaze over them and toss vigorously until every wing is fully coated.

  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped spring onions or sesame seeds.
