Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your premium Asian food products safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders within South Africa.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Period: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Verification: During high-volume periods (such as promotional sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Carrier & Partners

We utilize BobGo as our primary shipping aggregator to ensure reliable delivery across South Africa. BobGo partners with leading local courier services to select the best route for your parcel.
  • Partner Couriers: Depending on your location and the size of your order, your parcel may be delivered by trusted partners such as The Courier Guy, Fastway, Dawn Wing, SkyNet, RAM Couriers, or Pargo.
  • Selection: The specific courier is automatically selected to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery to your address.

Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (once the order leaves our warehouse):

  • Major Metropolitan Areas: 1–3 business days (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria).
  • Outlying & Regional Areas: 3–5 business days.

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance (if applicable), courier service disruptions, or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery zone of your order.
  • Transparency: You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your payment.
  • VAT: All shipping rates include 15% VAT where applicable.

Order Tracking

  • Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
  • Updates: You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the courier's website using the provided tracking link.

Shipping Addresses & Responsibility

  • Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to resend the item.
  • Access: Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours, or provide safe delivery instructions where applicable.

Delays & High-Volume Periods

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please anticipate potential delays during:
  • South African public holidays.
  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and festive season periods.
  • Unforeseen courier network disruptions.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:
  1. Inspect Immediately: Check your package upon delivery.
  2. Document: Take clear photos of the external packaging and the damaged items.
  3. Report: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Resolution: We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
