Teriyaki Chicken Poke Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts, cubed.

  • 2 cups Cooked Sushi Rice.

  • Toppings: Edamame, sliced radish, avocado, and cucumber.

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise.

Step-by-Step

  1. The Marinade: Place chicken cubes in a bowl with 4 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Perfect Rice: While the chicken marinates, fold 2 tbsp Shih Chuan Sushi Vinegar into your warm, cooked rice. This gives it that authentic tangy sushi flavor.

  3. Grill: Pan-fry the chicken over medium-high heat until the Teriyaki glaze caramelizes and the chicken is cooked through.

  4. Spicy Mayo: In a small cup, mix 1 tbsp Suree Sriracha with 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

  5. Assemble: Scoop rice into bowls. Arrange the chicken and fresh veggies on top. Finish with a zig-zag drizzle of your Sriracha mayo.
